Verily Viewpoint Site CTMS contains budget analysis tools that enable you to see the effects budget assumptions have on study profitability. You may enter assumptions such as the number of participants, attrition rate, and target margin and see the impact of each of these on study profitability through budget drivers and a profitability slider tool.

Start by entering budget assumptions, then use budget analysis tools. The Finance application contains five budget analysis tools:

• Break Even Analysis

• Budget Drivers - Revenue

• Budget Drivers - Cost

• Budget Drivers - Margins

• Profitability Slider
