Export Patient Data

Export Patient Data

TrialPath

TrialPath enables you to export patient data, regardless of study participation. The Patient export file includes all patients. Filters applied to the Patients list, if any, are not applied to the export file.

Initiate patient export

  1. In the top navigation bar, under Patients, select All Patients.

  2. To begin the export, at the top right of the Patients list, click Export All Patients.

  1. A confirmation message will display.

Download export file

When the export file is ready, you will receive an email with a link to a secure TrialPath download page.

  1. To initiate the download, open the email and click the download link.

    1. If you are logged into TrialPath, the export file will download automatically.

    2. If you are not logged into TrialPath, the login page will open, and the download will begin after you log into TrialPath.

Patient export fields

The Patients export file contains these fields:

  • Prefix

  • First Name

  • Middle Name

  • Last Name

  • Suffix

  • DOB

  • MRN

  • External Identifier 1 and 2

  • Race and Race Detail

  • Ethnicity and Ethnicity Detail

  • Sex at Birth

  • Gender Identity

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number and Alternate Phone Number

  • Mailing Address

  • Deceased (true or false) and Deceased Date

  • Tags

  • Referral Source

  • Primary Care Physician(s)

  • Patient ID

  • Diagnosis

  • Biomarkers

  • Therapeutic Areas and Therapeutic Areas Detail
