Filter Scheduled Visits

On the Snapshot page, users can filter scheduled visits by Study, Subject ID or Only My Visits (only those visits assigned to themselves). This makes it easy to find specific scheduled visits.
Filter the carousel or calendar view
On the Snapshot page, click the icons to select the Carousel (
) or Calendar (
) view of scheduled visits.On the Carousel or Calendar View:
At the top right, click +Filter to open a filter window.
Select a study name, enter a subject ID, or check Show Only My Visits. The screen automatically refreshes to show only your visits.
Filter the scheduler view
At the top of the Snapshot page, click the speech bubble icon (
) to open the Scheduler view.At the top left, click Filters to open the filters window. Select from the available filter options.
Below Subject ID, you can check Show Only My Visits. The list of visits automatically refreshes to show only your visits.
Filter the sync calendar view
At the top of the Snapshot page, click the sync icon (
) to open the Sync Calendar view.To sync only your visits to your calendar, check Show Only My Visits.
