The top of the Accounts Payable page shows a dashboard with at-a-glance summary information about AP costs with a status of Applied or Unapplied.

A donut chart that displays the percentage of Total Paid vs. Total Outstanding.
Total Amount, Total Paid, and Total Outstanding costs.
An aging table of outstanding costs by category. Click an aging category to show the associated costs below, on the data table. Results include individual costs with statuses of: Applied, Unapplied, Unpaid, Partially Paid, and Holdback Outstanding for the selected aging date range.
Total Pending Costs. Pending costs must be updated to Applied or Unapplied before they are included in the donut chart and totals, and before they can be processed for payment.

The bottom of the Accounts Payable page displays a table of all costs regardless of their status.

Apply filters to identify specific types of costs.
Note: The Study filter is a type-ahead filter, so just begin to type the site study ID, and then select the study. Search results display after you type at least three characters.
Search AP costs by name.
Click a column header to sort the costs in ascending or descending order.
Select one or more costs.
Click the Actions dropdown to update the status of costs.

At the bottom of the page, you can select the number of items per page, see the total number of items, and navigate the list.
