The top of the Accounts Receivable page shows a dashboard with at-a-glance summary information about AR charges with a status of Applied or Unapplied.

Note:

Applied charges are valid charges associated with an account and/or sub-account.
Unapplied charges are valid charges that are not associated with an account and/or sub-account.

The dashboard shows AR information at a glance. It includes:

A donut chart that shows the percentage of total charges that are collected.
Total Amount, Total Collected, and Total Outstanding charges.
An aging table of outstanding charges by category. Click an aging category to show the associated charges below, on the data table. Results include individual charges with statuses of: Applied, Unapplied, Unpaid, Partially Paid, and Holdback Outstanding for the selected aging date range.
Total Pending Charges. Pending charges must be updated to Applied or Unapplied before they are included in the donut chart and totals, and before they can be processed for payment.

The bottom of the Accounts Receivable page contains a detailed table of all AR charges. On the table, you can:

Apply filters to identify specific types of charges.
Search AR charges by name.
Click a column header to sort the charges in ascending or descending order.
Select one or more charges.
Click the Actions dropdown to complete tasks such as updating the charge status, creating an invoice, or adjusting a charge.

At the bottom of the page, you can select the number of items per page, see the total number of items, and navigate the list.

At the top right of the Accounts Receivable screen, you can add an ad-hoc charge, export AR data, or export a transaction log.

Data exports include AR data with any selected filters applied. The export file contains one row per charge.

Transaction logs are ledgers that track all changes to financial line items. You can specify a date range spanning up to 100 days over the past year, not including the current day’s data. The Transaction Log is in Excel format and contains two tabs: Receivables Transaction Export and Payables Transaction Export. The Transaction Log updates in near-real time to reflect any budget changes.
