From the Snapshot, under Accounting, select Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) to access the selected page. The network AP and AR pages look similar to site-level pages but show information for all sites in your network. At the far right of the AP and AR pages, a column shows the site related to each line item. Navigate the network AP and AR pages the same way you navigate other Finance pages:

In the header, click an aging category, for example 0-30 days, to display filtered results on the table below.
Under the header, click Filters to open a dropdown and apply filters, or search by activity name. In addition to existing filters, the network view includes the ability to filter by one or more sites.
Click a column header to sort the list in ascending or descending order by Date, Name, Subject ID, Status, Payments, Payable Type, Cost or Site. An arrow shows the currently selected column and sort order.
At the bottom of the page, select the number of items per page, see the number of line items, and use arrows to navigate through pages.

Access site-level information

From the network AP and AR pages, you can link to detailed, site-specific information for visit activities, payments and invoices.

Visit activities

To open visit activity details in TrialPath:

From the network AP or AR page, click the visit activity name hyperlink.

TrialPath opens the related visit on the participant visit schedule. Under Activities, scroll (if needed) to find the visit activity.

To return to network finance after reviewing the visit activity in TrialPath, at the top right, click Return to Finance.

Payments

To open payment details from the network AP or AR pages:

Under Payments, click the payment number hyperlink.

The site-specific payment opens and shows associated costs at the bottom.

To return to network finance, at the top right, select the network (marked with the network icon ().

Invoices

On the network AR page, the Status column shows whether charges are Unapplied or Applied, associated accounts and subaccounts if applicable, and the invoice number for invoiced charges.

To open invoice details from the network AR page:

Under Status, next to Invoiced, click the invoice number hyperlink.
Note: The Invoiceable icon () shows charges marked as invoiceable. This does not mean a charge is invoiced.
The site-specific invoice opens and shows associated charges at the bottom.
To return to network finance, at the top right, select the network (marked with the network icon ).
