After creating a user, you must assign one or more access roles to specify what the user can access and do within the application. In the User Profile, select the Access Roles tab.

Go to Access Roles to view a list of the assigned roles. Each access role shows the related application, organization, and whether it applies to the site study team or all studies.
To add or edit access roles, at the top right, click Edit Role Assignments.

At the top left,type to search for specific access roles.
On the list of access roles, view the access role application, organization and whether it applies to the site study team or all studies. Select access roles to assign to the user. The selected access roles display on the right.

At the top right, click Save Role Assignments.
