On a study, or under Accounting, go to Payments and select Incoming or Outgoing.
To open an existing payment, select a Transaction ID.

The payment opens and shows payment details at the top and costs (outgoing payments) or charges (incoming incoming payments) at the bottom. To view attached files, if any, go to Attachments.
At the top right, click Edit Payment to edit payment details, and then click Save Payment.
To edit the allocated amounts of costs or charges, type into the Allocated box(es). To remove an allocated amount, at the right of the cost or charge, click the trash can icon.

To add costs or charges, click +Add Costs/Charges to Payment.

When you edit the amount of a cost or charge in a payment and try to go to Attachments or another page without saving, you will be prompted to Cancel or Discard, ensuring you do not lose any unsaved changes.
