With proper permission, you can edit the site study details, custom fields, and site teams in TrialPath.

Edit study details

On the Profile, at the right of Study Details, click Edit Study.

A window opens where you can enter or edit site study data. Specific fields are available, for example: Active Enrolling Protocol, Site Study Status, Site Study Start and End Dates, Enrollment Targets and more.

Enter or edit site study data, and then at the right, click Save Study.

Edit custom fields

Custom fields may collect specific site study data in a variety of formats. On the study profile, go to the Custom Fields sub-tab to see a list of existing custom fields, if any.

To enter information into a custom field, at the top right, click Edit Custom Fields.

Enter the text, click the checkbox, or select the dropdown information.
Click Save Custom Fields.

Edit or add site team members

On the study profile, go to the Site Team subtab to see a list of existing site team members, if any.

To edit a site team member, under Actions, click the pencil icon.
1. Edit the information, and then click the green check mark to save the edits.

To remove a site team member, under Actions, click the trash can icon.
To add a site team member:
1. On the right, click Add Person.
2. At the top of the table, select a Person, Role on Study, Start Date (optional) and End Date (optional).
3. Under Actions, click the green check mark to save the information.
