At this point, we do not support client Single Sign On (SSO). To access vLearn, go to the vLearn login screen and enter your email address and password, as described above.
How can I see my assigned courses in vLearn?
From the vLearn Learner home page, you can find your courses in several places:
Transcript View–Opens a list of your courses. You can filter and sort this list and launch courses from this page.
Due Soon–For courses with due dates, this section shows courses with upcoming due dates. You can launch courses or open a curriculum here.
Assigned/No Due Date–Lists courses that do not have a due date, which will include courses originally assigned in Site CTMS University. Under the course title, you can see the status, and you can launch the course.
Continue Learning–Shows tiles for courses assigned to you along with their status. At the bottom of the tile, you can launch a course or open a curriculum.
How do I launch a course in vLearn?
To start a course, on the course tile, or next to the course name, click Launch.
You can also launch a course within a curriculum, which is a group of courses. On a curriculum, click Open Curriculum to see the list of courses it contains. On the list, click Launch to start a course.
Do courses have due dates? Can we edit the due dates?
Courses assigned in vLearn are due 14 days after the course is assigned. This makes it easy to identify when courses will be due soon or are overdue.
Once assigned, course due dates cannot be edited by the learner or site.
Course assignments in Verily Site CTMS University did not have due dates. In vLearn, you’ll see these courses in the section, “Courses without due dates”.
